Welcome to Birds & Bees Don't Fck, a show where we take a hard look at just how bad our formative sex education really was. Hosted by intimacy coordinator and sexologist Arielle Zadok, this is the sex ed show for people who don’t like sex education shows.
Each week, Arielle sits down one-on-one with a comedian or sexpert to talk about sex, relationships, and the early messages that shaped how we learned to desire, connect, and fumble our way through intimacy. It’s fun, it’s sassy, and it’s sex education without the homework.

Arielle Zadok is an intimacy coordinator, sexologist, and producer who has spent the last two decades working inside rooms where desire, power, and creativity are very much alive. Film sets. Stages. Sexually charged spaces. Places where creativity is live, the stakes are real, and boundary-pushing is part of the work.
She is also a performer and an improviser, which means conversations on Birds & Bees Don’t Fck are never scripted, overly polished, or headed somewhere predictable. Arielle knows how to follow energy, clock the moment something real cracks open, and ask the questions that shift the room. Sometimes it’s funny. Sometimes it’s revealing. Usually it’s both.
This podcast exists because most of us were handed laughably bad sex education and then expected to figure the rest out on our own. Those early messages don’t disappear. They shape how we communicate, how we touch, what we avoid, and what we think we are allowed to want. Birds & Bees Don’t Fck is where those stories get unpacked with curiosity, humor, and just enough irreverence to tell the truth.
Wanna Go Deeper?
Yeah, you do. Ya little freak.
Some people just want to listen.
Some people want to stay a little longer.
If you’re in the second camp, there’s an after-hours space where the conversations continue and the feed loosens up a little.
