Sexologist. Intimacy Coordinator. Pleasure Producer. Thought Leader on Sex, Power & Consent.
Arielle Zadok, also known as The Pleasure Producer, is a sexologist, intimacy coordinator and burlesque artist redefining how we experience sex, consent, and creative power on set, on stage, and in the workplace.
Dancing at the intersection of art, eroticism, and safety, she blends her backgrounds in film production, burlesque performance, and consent leadership to create environments, from curated play parties to film sets, where intimacy, power, and creativity are held with clarity and care.
With two decades in film and television, Arielle spent years solving problems before they exploded, a skill she now brings to conversations around consent, power, culture, and human behavior in high-stakes creative environments.
Her work focuses on the relational risks that arise when people, power, visibility, and responsibility collide, and how organizations can address them before they become legal, reputational, or cultural crises.
She is also the host of the podcast Birds & Bees Don’t Fck, where she explores the gaps in sex education, failed cultural scripts, and how we all fumbled our way through learning about sex, intimacy, and desire.
Featured in The Guardian, PopSugar, and Kinkly, she offers a candid, embodied, and deeply human perspective on intimacy, desire, and the creative possibilities of pleasure.
