Welcome to Birds & Bees Don't Fck, a show where we learn EXACTLY how bad our formative sex education, or lack thereof, really was. Hosted by Intimacy Coordinator & Sexologist, Arielle Zadok, this is the sex education show for people who don't like sex education shows. Each week Arielle chats with a comedian or sexpert about sex, relationships and yes, their formative sex education. Its fun, it's sassy, it's sexy education.
About The Show
This is an hour long conversational podcast where I speak to a curated guest list of comedians and sexperts about their experiences learning about sex, and how they managed to figured it all out.
We’ll discuss where you’re from and what sex ed in and out of school was like for you. There’s no requirement or expectation for you to speak about your current sex or relationship(s) but there’s no need to hold back if you want to.
It’s a free flowing conversation with the intention to share stories about your formative sex education. From that place, anything goes.
You don’t need to prepare questions for me to ask you.
You don’t have to do any homework.
You just need to show up as you, and be willing to share whatever you remember about what you learned and who you learned it from
New for Season 3: At around the 35-45 minute mark we’ll dive into a Reddit story. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, check out Smosh Reads Reddit Stories. If you’re into it, you’re welcome to record a bonus episode for our Patreon community but that’s completely up to you and not a requirement.
We wrap up each episode by sharing anything you’re up to and where people can find you.
❋ Boundaries
Before we record we will take a moment to touch base on boundaries and if at any point we veer into an area anyone is uncomfortable with, we pivot and can edit it out. If you go home and something shifted for you, simply send an email to Arielle@ThePleasureProducer.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
❋ Time Commitment
I book in 2 hour blocks to allow for wiggle room on either end, but the recording itself only takes an hour. For most guests, the process take about an hour and fifteen minutes. More if we’re chatty, less if we get right to it! Of course if you choose to do a bonus episode of Reddit stories, we’ll base it on however much time we have left and your availability.
❋ Episode Length
Each episode is approximately 60 minutes long. If we feel complete earlier, I’ll wrap us up sooner. No need to force anything for timing! If you choose to do a bonus episode of Reddit stories, we’ll likely read between 4-6 stories, depending on time.
❋ Sharing & Tagging Content
As a standard practice, I will add you as a collaborator to any posts about your episode. If you want the post to show up on your feed, accept the collaboration, but if you want it to remain a tag, that works too!

Recording Options
Whether you choose to record in person or remotely, you will receive specific instructions 48 hour prior to your booking.
In Person - Hollywood, CA
I film the show from my humble abode in Hollywood, CA. I’m centrally located between La Brea and Fairfax, just off Sunset Blvd.
NOTE: I have a hypoallergenic dog and a not-so-hypoallergenic cat. If animals are not for you, we can record remotely.
Remote - Riverside.FM
Whether you live in another city, you’re allergic to cats (sorry, Ruby) or meeting in person is just too difficult, you always have the option to record remotely.
Here are a few things you’ll need:
A stable, strong internet connection
A quiet place with no disruptions
An external microphone (the ones you use for your phone often do the trick)
Headphones or earbuds (if you’ve got them)
A window, a ring light or anything else to keep you well lit so we can see your beautiful face!
