I’m a Senior Producer and Creative Project Manager with 20+ years of experience delivering advertising, branded content, experiential, live events, and promotional work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
I’ve worked as a freelancer on the ground, in-house at production companies, inside advertising agencies, within agency and production company hybrids working directly with clients, and at the studio level. That range gives me a deep understanding of how production functions from every seat at the table and how to lead teams through complexity without slowing momentum.
During the pandemic, I stepped into a senior leadership role at Disney Television and ABC Studios, where I helped lead the Production Health and Safety team responsible for bringing large-scale television production back online. The work required systems thinking, close collaboration with executive leadership, and real-time decision-making under unprecedented pressure.
After that chapter, I intentionally explored intimacy coordination and consent-focused leadership within creative environments. While valuable, that experience clarified what I enjoy most and where I do my best work: holding the big picture, supporting entire teams, and leading complex production from concept through delivery.
I’m currently focused on full-time Senior Producer, Integrated Producer, or Creative Project Management roles within agencies, brand studios, experiential teams, or production companies, with openness to post-production, trailers, and promotional work.

That range allows me to understand how production functions from every seat at the table and to lead teams with clarity, efficiency, and calm.
I’m known for bringing positive energy into demanding environments while creating clear action plans that keep projects moving. I anticipate challenges early, shift course quickly when needed, and help teams stay aligned as schedules, budgets, and creative priorities change.
I’m comfortable navigating sensitive conversations, high-pressure moments, and complex power dynamics, and I’m often brought in as the steady presence when stakes are high. My experience includes working closely with senior leadership, high-profile executives, and A-list talent, building trust quickly and supporting environments where people can do their best work.
Alongside hands-on producing, I bring formal training in communication, consent, trauma-aware facilitation, and team leadership, informed by years of creating and delivering trainings and operational guidelines within production environments. This combination shapes a leadership style that is both people-aware and execution-driven.
