Welcome to Birds & Bees Don't Fck, a show where we take a hard look at just how bad our formative sex education really was. Hosted by intimacy coordinator and sexologist Arielle Zadok, this is the sex ed show for people who don’t like sex education shows.
Each week, Arielle sits down one-on-one with a comedian or sexpert to talk about sex, relationships, and the early messages that shaped how we learned to desire, connect, and fumble our way through intimacy. It’s fun, it’s sassy, and it’s sex education without the homework.

Arielle Zadok is the host of Birds & Bees Don’t Fck, a candid, funny podcast about sex, intimacy, and the education most of us never actually got. With two decades spent inside film and television production, erotic performance, and sex-positive spaces, she brings lived experience from rooms where desire, power, and creativity are very real. Film sets. Stages. Play spaces. Places where the stakes are high and boundaries matter.
A performer and improviser, Arielle doesn’t do scripted conversations or polished soundbites. She knows how to follow energy, clock the moment something real cracks open, and ask the question that shifts the room. Sometimes it’s funny. Sometimes it’s revealing. Usually it’s both.
Birds & Bees Don’t Fck exists because most of us were handed laughably bad sex education and then left to figure the rest out through experience, confusion, and trial and error. Those early messages don’t disappear. They shape how we communicate, how we touch, what we avoid, and what we think we’re allowed to want. This is where those stories get unpacked with curiosity, humor, and just enough irreverence to tell the truth.
Wanna Go Deeper?
Yeah, you do. Ya little freak.
Some people just want to listen.
Some people want to stay a little longer.
If you’re in the second camp, there’s an after-hours space where the conversations continue and the feed loosens up a little.
