Leaving a review, liking episodes and subscribing on platforms truly makes a difference in how the algorithms work and whether people who don’t know me will actually watch the show.
Thank you for helping me bring more sex education into the world!
Below are basic instructions you can follow for different platforms. Write whatever feels true to you (so long as you’re not talking shit about the show, you can say that to me directly!). Go wherever you usually listen or watch, or be an all star and run through them all! If you feel inclined to share the show with a friend, on a reddit thread or in your group chat, go for it!
How to Subscribe
Use the button above to visit the channel. The subscribe button is on the main page. You will also see a subscribe button when you watch a video. Either way, hit that button and make sure you subscribe.
How to Like, Comment & Share
When you click on a video you’ll see buttons to subscribe, a thumbs up, thumbs down, share and save. Below those, you can type in a comment and share your thoughts. Say whatever you’d like, just keep it kind and respectful.
How to follow
Use the button above to go to the show. Once there, you’ll see three dots all the way to the right, whether you’re on desktop or mobile. Click those opening up a menu of options. Click “rate show” on desktop or “rate podcast” on mobile. Both will make you listen before you rate, but once you do you’ll be able to give it a rating (5 stars, obviously).
How to leave a review
Use the button above to go to the show. Once you’re there you’ll see a follow button. Click on that bad boy and you’ll be following!
Other platforms
How to follow
Use the button above to go to the show. On desktop you’ll see a “+ Follow” button all the way to the right under the show description, click that. On mobile you’ll find a “+” sign all the way to the right at the very top of the page, click that.
How to rate & review
On both desktop and mobile, scroll down on the show page until you see “ratings and reviews”. Once you’ve listened to the show you should be able to click on a star to rate, and click on “write a review” to write a review. Even if you just write “I love it”, it helps a lot, but if you have the capacity to write more, think about what would make you watch the show, sharing something you’ve learned or recapping a favorite moment. Don’t overthink, you’re just doing a little something to help me out!
If you’re listening on another platform, you for sure know more about that platform that I do, so follow the same basic steps and if you need help in any way, send screenshots to Media@ThePleasureProducer.com and I’m sure I can walk you through.
Your support truly means the world, thank you.
It’s hard enough to build an audience these days let alone in a category that is so restricted, and I deeply appreciate your support. By supporting the show you’re not just helping me, you’re also helping more people access accurate sex education in a way that reduces sigma, is incredibly approachable and lifts the voices of so many others doing this work. You’re a real one.
xx Arielle
Wanna Go Deeper?
Yeah, you do. Ya little freak.
Producing this show is not only a full time job, but it’s expensive. I do everything top to bottom but one day, I’ll hire a team. That means not only will I have support, but I’ll be creating jobs. Joining the patreon is not only giving you access to private chats and bonus content, but it’s funding the show helping me create sustainability and growth.
My goal for season 4 is to, at a minimum, have all overhead covered for the show. By season 5, I plan to build a team. You can help me do that by becoming a patreon through one of the tiers below.
❋ The Flowers
Early access to episodes, the community chat, and my genuine appreciation for being here. Sweet, simple, and supportive.
❋ The Trees
Everything above, plus exclusive monthly episodes where we read and react to Reddit stories with friends and special guests. Casual, funny, and not available anywhere else.
❋ The Moon
For the real ones. All of the above, plus the ability to submit your own stories for possible reading on Birds & Bees Don’t Read Reddit, and the occasional shoutout on the show.
